Yes from most basic like assault rifle and explosives to even absurd like gravity gun, electricity turret and even black hole gun you have all the tools you need to wipe these mutants off the face of this world.

Though that comfort is short-lived – guns and skills fall quickly and you really have to keep on your toes.
